From Parma: Bus Line TEP n. 12, bound for Traversetolo. Point of departure: train station (for information: 840 222222 during the morning); holidays: a route, departing at 14.40, arrives directly to the Foundation (return at 18.00); ticket bus one way “2 zone” costs 1,75 € One way ticket, 2 zones costs 1,75,€, Ticket bought on board costs 3€.

OPENING TIMES

From Tuesday to Friday continuous hours from 10 to 18 – Saturday, Sunday and Holidays, during temporary exhibitions only, continuous hours from 10 to 19. The ticket office is open until 1 hour before museum closing. In the absence of temporary exhibitions continuous hours from 10 to 18.
Closed every Monday (open Monday 7 December).
The Restaurant, The Romantic Park and The Bookshop follow the same opening hours of the Museum.

TICKETS

Admission Prices: € 9,00 for visiting both temporary and permanent collection. € 5,00 school groups. € 3,00 for visiting only the Romantic Park (it does not include the access to the Villa).

Temporary Exhibition: € 70,00; Magnani-Rocca permanent collection: € 70,00; Temporary exhibition and Permanent collection: € 100,00.
Price increases of € 30,00 for museum tours in English of French. External tourist guides are welcome. Guided tour every Tuesday at 15.30 and every Sunday at 16.00; advanced booking is not necessary, € 12,00 per person (entrance and tour).

PRICE REDUCTIONS (by demand of the visitor, who has to demonstrate the validity of his request)

Salsomaggiore, Tabiano, Monticelli Therms’ guests (groups for a minimum of 20 people, Reservations must be made by their qualified office).
Free Entrance children 6 and under; groups’ tour guide ( one free entrance every 20 people, two for a minimum of 40 visitors, three for 60 people, four for 80…); groups’ drivers; teachers and helpers (for a maximum of three tickets every 20 visitors); journalists (upon request, please show your identification card); Councils, Italian Museums, Department for Cultural Assets and Activities’ officers (upon request, please show your identification card); Carabinieri, Police, Fiscal Police, Local Police’s members (upon request, please show your identification card).

INFORMATIONS FOR THE VISITORS

Photographs No Photographs or Videotaping are allowed, neither for permanent collection, nor for the temporary exhibition’s operas.
Cellular Phones Talking on cellular phone is not permitted in the Museum’s galleries. It is allowed the use of cellular phone to listen to online audio guides.
Sketching Sketching is permitted in the Foundation’s galleries ( pencil only, no ink or paint, please) with sketchbooks no larger than 21.6 x 27.9 cm ( 8 ½ x 11 inches). Easels are not permitted.
Food and Drinks Food and drinks may not be carried into the Villa, they are permitted only in the Restaurant. In the Romantic Park is allowed to have small picnic, being respectful for the environment, using the garbage baskets.
Mobility Access The galleries of the temporary exhibition are wheelchairs accessible (excepting the first gallery), as well as Gentile da Fabriano, Van Dyck, Goya, Farnese and Tiziano’s galleries.
